Lady Gaga reveals that since Alexander McQueen's death in February 2010, the late designer has been working through her:

"I think he planned the whole thing: Right after he died, I wrote 'Born This Way.' I think he's up in heaven with fashion strings in his hands, marionetting away, planning this whole thing." Supporting Gaga's claim was the decision by the label--not Gaga herself--to move up the release date for "Born This Way," ultimately to the exact day of the one-year anniversary of McQueen's death. "When I heard that, I knew he planned the whole damn thing. I didn't even write the fucking song. He did!"

And also, Lady Gaga has insisted that she will never succumb to plastic surgery.

Mexico 'Vampire Woman' - Maria Jose Cristerna, Monster Horns And Piercings, Call It Sign Of Strength

We have video, we have photos, and you have to believe it. This woman from Mexico, named Maria Jose Cristerna, a 35-year-old tattoo artist reportedly says a horrific history of domestic violence triggered her decision to re-invent herself as a "vampire."

Cristerna recently showed off a new set of titanium "horn" implants -- along with dental "fangs" and multiple facial piercings -- at a Monterrey tattoo exhibition, but insists she lives a normal life. "The horns I have are a symbol of strength and were implanted without anesthetic," the Catholic-raised mother-of-four tells the Sun proudly. "I had the fangs done because I loved vampires as a little girl and I changed the color of my eyes so they were how I really wanted them to be.'

She says she wants to have more titanium horns implanted in the back of her head. "Tattooing is my way of being immortal, of really being a vampire and not dying -- leaving my work on other people's skin."

Another stunning outfit from Lady Gaga, she dressed as a rubber, wearing a facial horns. 


"Today was a latex condom inspired outfit because we had to talk about safe sex. I really wanted to head to toe to be representative of what we women and people all over the world need to be concerned about which is the leading cause of death in women all around the world which is HIV.", she said. She appeared on Good Morning America in flesh-colored sheath trousers and top, which she said was inspired by a latex condom.

She added: 'I want to get people started at home at a younger age with their children talking about HIV, talking about AIDS, talking about safe sex.

She also wearing her facial horns on the cover of "Born This Way" and has been wearing them on the TV circuit -- sitting across from Jay Leno with her hood up and her horns out.
